Thank you for your purchase from Honna! All orders are shipped within 24-48hrs of confirmation and take approximately 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) to be delivered. For further details, please contact us at info@honnaofficial.com
Please contact us immediately as orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If your item has still not been processed, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund, including shipping fees. If the order has been processed and shipped, please see our return policy.
